To make a booking just click the price link of
the dive option you want to purchase and that starts the booking process. Be
sure to use the calendar to select and book the correct dates of
travel.
PAYMENTS: Payment in full is due
at the time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express
for reservations. Please note any refunds which may be issued back to an
American Express card for any reason will be charged a 5% service fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Completion
of this on-line booking form requires full payment which will be charged
to your credit card. At least 24 hours notice of cancellation required
for full refund (American Express payments automatically forfeit 5% in
the event of a refund), otherwise full dive fee applies. No refunds or credits will be awarded for any unused portions of package
unless the dive is cancelled by Dive Provo. Boat space and staff have
been guaranteed for you as booked. Every effort is made by Dive Provo to
accommodate necessary changes after arrival; however in certain cases
this may not be possible due to availability of boats or staff.
A Dive Provo van will pick you up in
the lobby of your hotel for diving at 8am, or if you are staying in a
villa please come to the Dive Provo shop at Ports of Call at 8am. Please
remember your certification card (proof of certification is required to
dive), a credit card for equipment rental, a towel and sunscreen.
